How to make green pepper and potato slices:
Ingredients: 2 potatoes, 1 green pepper, half a carrot, and an appropriate amount of cooking oil.
Accessories: 1 spoon of light soy sauce, appropriate amount of salt, appropriate amount of onion and garlic, 1 small spoon of chicken essence.
Steps:
1. Peel the potatoes, wash them and cut them into slices.
