Recipe: flour: 500g, water: 320g, cooking oil: 300g.
Method:
1. Pour flour into a container, add appropriate amount of water and mix into dough, then let it sit for 30 minutes.
2. After 30 minutes, take out the dough and knead it evenly to deflate the air, then roll it into a dough sheet.
3. After rolling out the dough, cut it into equal long strips.
4. Stack every two strips together and press them tightly in the middle with chopsticks.
5. Stretch it slightly, then pinch both ends with your hands and set aside.
6. Pour an appropriate amount of cooking oil into the pot, then put the prepared dough sticks into the oil pot and fry.
