4. After boiling, turn to low fire and marinate for 20-30 minutes, then turn off the fire and stew for several hours.
Stewed chicken leg
Ingredients: chicken leg, ginger, aniseed, dried red pepper, soy sauce, salt, sugar, soy sauce, cooking wine.

3. Put the drumsticks into the marinade, and simmer for about 40 minutes after the fire is boiled, until the marinade becomes thick. Soak the marinated chicken legs in marinade before eating, which will make them more full.
