Milk 100g+ sugar 20g+ 2 eggs, beat well.
If you like sweet things, you can add more sugar.
When it is cold, you can heat the milk and sugar first, and then add the eggs to facilitate dissolution.
Add 65g whipped cream and appropriate condensed milk and continue to beat well.
I add condensed milk casually, it doesn't matter how much I add, it doesn't matter if I don't add it, it all depends on my personal taste.
Air fryer preheating.
Usually 180 degrees for 5 minutes.
When the wok is preheated, take out the egg tart skin and thaw naturally.
Sift the egg liquid several times, so that the taste will be more delicate.
I sifted it twice, the first time I sifted out all the undissolved sugar, and the second time I sifted out all the sugar.
Put the tart skin into an air frying pan, and then add the egg liquid.
Other recipes say it's 9% full, and I almost added it, which is not bad.
I set the temperature to 180 degrees, bake for 8 minutes, and the pan is just right. If it is 200 degrees, the time will be less, depending on the habit of using wok at ordinary times.
