Mushroom greenhouse

1, frequent ventilation, short ventilation: appropriately increase the number of ventilation times and shorten the ventilation time, especially if the bacteria stick with water-retaining film is not used, the ventilation time should not be too long. 2. Wide ventilation, small ventilation: open both ends and the middle of the greenhouse, but the area should not be too large, so that all the spaces in the greenhouse can be ventilated in a short time, so that there will generally be no strong wind entering the greenhouse, so it will generally not affect the mushrooms on the mushroom sticks.

First, the correct ventilation method of mushroom shed

1, frequent ventilation, short-term ventilation

(1) For the ventilation of mushroom greenhouses, frequent ventilation and short-term ventilation can be adopted, especially for mushroom sticks that do not use water-retaining films. A ventilation time should not be too long, but the number of air changes a day can be increased several times.

(2) If the bacteria stick is made of water-retaining film, the ventilation time can be appropriately extended.

2, wide ventilation, small ventilation

(1) The length of mushroom greenhouse is generally about 50 meters. If both ends of the greenhouse are ventilated, the purpose of changing oxygen and reducing humidity cannot be achieved in a short time (especially the mushroom sticks in the middle). Therefore, the method of wide ventilation and small ventilation should be adopted, that is, the two ends and the middle of the greenhouse should be opened, but the area should not be too large, so that all the spaces in the greenhouse can be ventilated in a short time.

(2) Such ventilation will generally not affect the mushrooms on the mushroom sticks, because there will be no strong wind force entering the shed.

3. Preventive measures

There is no fixed time and regularity for ventilation in mushroom greenhouses. In the actual production process, we should make appropriate adjustments according to the weather at that time and the temperature and humidity in the greenhouse, that is, it is suitable for people, sheds and days.

Second, what disinfectant is used for mushroom shed disinfection?

1, kemeiling (mushroom-specific type)

Add 10- 15 kg of water every 50g of milong, then spray it on the inner wall of greenhouse and bedstead (evenly and carefully), and then close it for half an hour.

2, Venus disinfectant

Dilute Venus disinfectant 50 times with water, then spray it on the shed wall or heat it for fumigation, with the dosage of 30ml/m3.

3. Formaldehyde

Put formaldehyde into an iron pot, pour in 5 times of clean water, and then heat it with a stove to vaporize and spread formaldehyde, thus killing the miscellaneous bacteria attached to the inner walls of greenhouses, bedsteads and mushroom houses.

4, potassium permanganate+formaldehyde

Put formaldehyde into a pot, then add potassium permanganate (5g potassium permanganate and10ml formaldehyde per cubic meter of space), and use the heat generated by their chemical combination reaction to replace fire heating, so that gasification and disinfection can be carried out.

5. bleaching powder

Use 0. 1% bleaching powder solution to soak the railing, cross bar and padding of mushroom bed for 10 minute (it should be washed before soaking), then take it out and dry it for later use, and then spray the greenhouse wall with 0. 1% bleaching powder solution.

6, peracetic acid

If it is difficult to disassemble the mushroom bed, 0.2% peracetic acid can be sprayed for disinfection. After spraying, the mushroom shed should be sealed to increase the humidity in the air to improve the disinfection effect. Doors and windows need to be closed for 1-2 days before they can be opened, otherwise the disinfection effect will be affected.
