3000 grams of wild strawberries and 490 grams of rock sugar.
A teaspoon of salt and three cups of lemonade.
Steps of wild strawberry jam
1. Soak wild strawberries in water for 2 minutes.
2. Scoop it into another basin of clear water with a colander and pass it for two or three times.
3. Drain water and add rock sugar.
Add salt
5. Stir well and marinate for about three hours at room temperature.
6. Pour into the pot and bring to a boil, stirring occasionally. Cook over low heat until the fruit is incomplete. Pour in lemonade and stir. The thicker it is, the more times it is stirred, otherwise it will paste the pot.
7. Cook until it is pectin-like, turn off the fire and leave the furnace, and let it cool.
8. Bottle and refrigerate.
9. It's done! Tastes more mellow than strawberries!
