Ingredients: 80 grams of mung beans, 20 grams of honey, 30 grams of light cream, 10 grams of granulated sugar.
1. Wash the green beans, put in the right amount of water to soak overnight.
2. The next day you can see that the green beans have been a little bloated, part of the skin has been broken.
3. Grab a handful of mung beans and rub them gently with both hands.
4. Under the action of friction will make the mung bean skin off, over the water to rinse off the shedding of mung bean skin, you can see that part of the mung bean has been peeled clean.
5. The mung beans continue to rub, water, so that after a few operations, most of the mung beans are off the bean skin, the remaining few not off can be manually removed.
6. Put the peeled mung beans on the steamer and steam them for about 15 minutes over high heat.
7. Steamed and cooled, take the mesh sieve on a small pot, put in the right amount of steamed mung beans, with a spoon crushed through the sieve.
8. Sifted mung bean paste is very fine, to the mung bean paste, add honey, add light cream, add sugar, stir well and then kneaded into a ball.
