Ingredients: potatoes; Cumin powder; Coriander; Ginger; Salt; Chili powder; Black pepper;
Cumin potatoes's approach:
Wash potatoes, peel them and cut them into appropriate sizes. Chop coriander and ginger for later use.
Add a proper amount of water to the boiling pot (the amount of water should not exceed potatoes 1cm), and add a little salt. After boiling in a big fire, continue to cook until the potatoes are cooked and soft, and remove and drain the water for later use.
Pour oil into a wok, heat over medium heat until fragrant, then add chopped potato pieces, add cumin powder, Chili powder, black pepper powder, add appropriate amount of salt, and stir-fry to make the potato pieces tasty. Before turning off the fire, add chopped coriander, stir well and serve.
Braised potato
Ingredients: 500g of potato, 5g of salt, 5g of onion, 5g of soy sauce and 5g of soy sauce.
Practice:
(1) put the right amount of water to cook potatoes, rinse them in cold water, peel them and put them in a bowl.
