Braised spring bamboo shoots in oil
Ingredients
Spring bamboo shoots; stock; light soy sauce; dark soy sauce; sugar; salt; vinegar; chopped green onion
Method
Ingredients: Spring bamboo shoots
Cut the spring bamboo shoots into hob pieces
Put it into a pot and bring it to a boil, cook for a few minutes to remove the astringency
Drain the water and set aside
Make broth, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, sugar, a little salt and a little vinegar to make a juice and set aside. (If you don’t have broth, you can use water instead. Vinegar is for seasoning, just a little bit, so you can’t taste the vinegar smell)
Heat the oil pan, add the bamboo shoots and fry until the edges are slightly yellow
Pour in the prepared juice and stir well, cover the pot and simmer over low heat for a few minutes
High heat to reduce the juice, remove from the pot and sprinkle with chopped green onion
