Method of cold noodles with scallion oil:

Ingredients:100g, Shuifa Yulan tablets 75g, mushrooms 50g, onions 50g, vegetable oil10g, soy sauce 5g, refined salt 3g, chicken essence 2g and sesame oil 5g.

Practice:

1, wash, soak in a little hot water until soft and chop. Wash magnolia slices and shiitake mushrooms, cut them into small dices, blanch them, drain the water and cool them, and cut the scallion into powder for later use.

2. After the oil is hot, add the chopped green onion and make it into onion oil to cool.

The method of cold noodles with mushrooms;

Ingredients: 50 grams of water-soaked magnolia tablets, 50 grams of water-soaked mushroom, 30 grams of fresh pea seedlings, 20 grams of onion, 30 grams of vegetable oil, cooking wine 10 gram, chicken soup 150 gram, soy sauce 15 gram, 6 grams of refined salt, chicken essence and sesame oil.

Practice:

1, wash the magnolia slices and mushrooms, cut them into small dices, blanch the fresh pea seedlings with boiling water, drain the water and cool them, and cut the scallion into powder for later use.

2. After the oil is hot, add the chopped green onion to burst into fragrance, stir-fry the magnolia slices and mushrooms, then cook the cooking wine and soy sauce, add the chicken soup, add the refined salt and chicken essence, cover the pot, and simmer the magnolia slices and mushrooms with low fire.

Ingredients: 250g of oil noodles, egg 1 piece, 3 slices of ham, half a green pepper, L strips of cucumber, bean sprouts150g, half a cup of broth, 3 tablespoons of sesame sauce, 2 tablespoons of sugar and sesame oil, 3 tablespoons of salt, soy sauce and black vinegar, and 1 tablespoon of garlic paste.

Practice:

1, break the eggs and fry them into 2 pieces of egg skins. Blanch green pepper and bean sprouts in water for later use.

2. Cucumber, egg skin, ham and green pepper are all shredded.

Hot and sour cold noodles:

Ingredients: 500g noodles, cooked lean pork 1 50g, cucumber100g, mung bean vegetable 50g, egg1piece, soy sauce10g, balsamic vinegar15g, refined salt 3g, monosodium glutamate 2g, etc.

Practice:

1, cut the cooked lean pork and cucumber into filaments respectively. Remove the head and tail of mung bean vegetables, wash, blanch and cool. Beat the eggs, add a little salt to taste, spread them into thin egg skins with a frying spoon, and cut them into filaments for later use.
