Longley/bass/cod/any fish you can think of ?1 to 2 fish
Ginger 5 to 6 slices
Soy sauce 1 tbsp
Soy sauce 2 tbsp
Wine 1 tbsp
Garlic 3 to 5 cloves

Salt 2 grams
