1. Method 1:
First pour the milk into the pot and heat it. When it is almost boiling, stop heating the milk and leave it for a while until it cools down.
Crack a few eggs and add some white sugar and stir until milky white. Mix with the previous milk and heat over low heat. During this period, keep stirring until the mixed liquid becomes thick enough to stick to a wooden spoon. Stop heating.
Cool the mixed liquid prepared above, add cream, and stir into milk custard. Then put the milk custard into a container, put it in the refrigerator and freeze it before eating.
2. Method 2:
Ingredients: 200ml milk, 150ml whipping cream, 40g sugar.
Accessories: appropriate amount of chocolate sauce, 8g cocoa powder.
Put the inner tub of the ice cream in the refrigerator for more than 12 hours and take it out when needed.
Pour the whipped cream into a bucket, beat until it is evenly distributed, then pour in the milk and beat evenly.
Pour in sugar and mix well.
Add appropriate amount of chocolate sauce and mix well.
Add cocoa powder, close the lid, and start the ice cream maker.
About thirty minutes later.
Take out the ice cream, put it in a crisper, put it in the refrigerator and freeze it for another three hours, then take it out and eat it.
3. Method 3:
Ingredients: 250ml milk, 200g banana.
Accessories: 40g fine sugar, 1 egg yolk.
Pour the milk into the pot and bring to a boil.
Add fine sugar to the egg yolks.
Use a whisk to beat until milky white.
Pour a small amount of milk into the egg yolks and stir evenly, then pour it back into the pot, stir evenly, and heat over low heat until thickened.
Take 200g banana.
Pour the bananas and mixture into a container and beat into a fine liquid with a cooking stick.
Sift it once and put it in cold water to cool.
If you have an ice cream machine: turn on the ice cream machine and turn on "refrigeration + stirring"; if you don't have an ice cream machine: put it in the refrigerator and freeze it for 2 hours.
If you have an ice cream machine: After completing the process, pour the completed ice cream into a container and freeze it for 1 hour for better flavor.
