Ingredients: leek150g, mung bean sprouts150g, dried shrimps 50g, salt 3g, chicken essence 5g and peanut oil 20ml.

Key points:
The heat should be strong, and the quick frying time should not be too long or more than one minute, otherwise the food will lose its crisp and refreshing feeling. You can't add water in the process of cooking, you can only dry fry, because bean sprouts will come out.
