Scented Vegetarian Sauce (Chinese, 6 servings)

Ingredients:
5 shiitake mushrooms
1 bowl of minced veggies
1 carrot
1 tbsp edamame
2 tbsp dried radish
Seasonings:
1/2 tbsp soy sauce paste
1 tsp sugar
Steps:
1. Wash, soften and dice shiitake mushrooms. Dice carrots. Soak and dice dried radish. Vegetable minced wash, soak, drain and set aside.
2. Add oil to the pan, stir fry the mushrooms, then add in the minced veggies, diced carrots, and diced dried radishes, then add the edamame beans and seasonings and mix well.
