How to make spinach dumplings as follows:

1. Ingredients: 600g glutinous rice, 500g meat filling, 20g peanut oil, appropriate amount of chicken essence, 3 eggs, appropriate amount of salt, appropriate amount of ginger, appropriate amount of pepper powder.

2. Wash the glutinous rice with clean water and soak it for two hours until the rice is soaked.

4. Spread a layer of wet gauze on the steamer, put the soaked glutinous rice on the gauze, prick some holes with chopsticks, and steam over high heat for 20 minutes.
