2. After adding salt to the flour and stirring well, add a small amount of water several times and stir it into a floccule.
3. Knead the dough into a hard dough until the surface is smooth, wake up for 10 minute, pour in water with the same volume as the dough, and keep rubbing the dough.
4. Knead until the surface water is turbid, and change to a basin of water. The washed surface water exists in a large basin, and it can be used for 4-5 times.
