Especially for contemporary college students, the mission entrusted to us by the times requires that we must have a healthy body and be full of vigor and vitality of warm-blooded young people in order to become the pillars of the country. Then, paying attention to ourselves and health has become an issue that we cannot ignore.

Therefore, in order to understand the situation of college students' diet and nutrition, we conducted a sampling survey entitled "Nursing, Nutrition and Health" among the students in our school, distributed 1500 questionnaires, and recovered 1 194 questionnaires, with an effective rate of 100%, and the survey spread to all departments. According to the survey statistics are as follows:

(A) the intake of nutrients

According to statistics, students' intake of some nutritious foods is as follows:

In fact, a glass of milk, an egg and a fruit are the reasonable collocation of protein and vitamins, but as can be seen from the table, students have not formed a reasonable collocation consciousness on nutrition. "A glass of milk can strengthen a nation" is not unreasonable. For its nutritional value, 95.4% of the students said that they knew that it contains high-quality protein and rich elements such as calcium, but less than half of them regularly drink milk every day. Why? According to statistics, the main reason is the restriction of consumption level. Nearly half of the students think that the expenditure of drinking milk every day takes up a large proportion of the living expenses, so it is only supplemented as a nutritional product occasionally. For fruits and eggs, the survey shows that these two kinds of nutritious and low-priced foods are paid more attention, but about 2/5 people do not form a life rule, but only eat when they think about it.

In addition, water is one of the important nutrients needed to maintain normal physiological activities, but the survey shows that people are not clear about the amount of drinking water needed every day, and only 27.9% of the respondents think that the daily drinking water should be above 1000ml. In fact, it is reasonable for people to ensure the normal needs of daily metabolism and maintain the balance of water in and out of the body. The daily drinking water should be between 1000ml- 1300ml. Water can promote substance metabolism, regulate body temperature, and has lubrication effect, which is the source of life and cannot be ignored.

(2) Eating habits

Good eating habits have a very important impact on our health. We conducted a survey on the breakfast situation of students at school, and the results are as follows:

The campus eats on time every day and never eats, but it is irregular.

West 90.3% 0.8% 8.9%

From the above survey results, we can see that people of different majors pay different attention to diet. The southern and eastern districts are close to each other on this issue, while students in the western district pay more attention to breakfast, which has something to do with the medical specialty in the western district. According to the survey, the main reason for not eating breakfast is that you get up too late, and this irregular living habit is bound to bring adverse effects on your health. Breakfast is the most important meal in a day. After getting up in the morning, timely nutrition supplementation is an important guarantee for mental and physical recovery in a day. Especially for students, not eating breakfast will directly lead to inattention in class.

(C) the study of health knowledge

The ways for students to acquire health knowledge are as follows:

From this survey, we can see that the perfection of health knowledge is conducive to our better grasp of health, but only 83. 1% people realize the necessity and importance of health knowledge, while only 24. 1% ` people are willing to study this knowledge seriously, and most people just dabble in it passively. But with the improvement of living standard and knowledge level, people will pay more and more attention to health problems.

In addition, according to the survey, more than 85% people realize that the living environment, lifestyle, diet and exercise are closely related to their health, and the living environment also reflects modern people's new understanding of health.

According to this survey, we have a certain understanding of the dietary health status of college students. Under the current situation of life in China, more of us began to consciously break through the traditional diet structure and try a more scientific and reasonable diet. With the continuous improvement of national quality and living standards, a new round of healthy revolution will be set off again. Pay attention to ourselves and health, and make our life more exciting!
