Exercise:
1, add a little cold water to glutinous rice flour, knead it into a small piece and cook it in a hot pot until it floats.
2. Take it out and put it into glutinous rice flour, then add appropriate amount of water, 2 tablespoons of sugar and 1 tablespoon of salad oil and knead it into a ball (as soft as an earlobe).
2.3. Divide the dough and lotus paste stuffing into 18 equal parts and pack them into balls.
4. Apply a layer of clear water on the surface, then roll on white sesame seeds and gently knead evenly.
5. When the oil in the pot is 5 minutes hot, add the glutinous rice balls and fry them on low heat until they float. Take out and drain the oil.
