1. Wash an appropriate amount of rice and put it in the pot. Add water until it covers the rice with one finger (add water according to the softness and hardness of the rice).
2. Close the lid and pull out the pressure relief valve to the empty sealing position.
3. Plug in the power, and if it is a mechanical electric pressure cooker, turn the knob to the "cooking" position.
4. When the indicator light is in the keep warm state, try to unscrew the pot lid. If it can be unscrewed, you can eat. If it cannot be opened, wait until the pressure is completely removed before opening the pot lid.
5. Note: Do not think of pressure relief (pull out the pressure relief valve to the pressure relief state), as this will easily stain the pot lid. If you want to relieve the pressure quickly, you can cover the pot lid with a wet towel.
