Enter the settings > Huawei account > Cloud hosting > Gallery, check whether the synchronization switch of the gallery is turned on. You can turn off the synchronization switch and try again.
2. Clear the gallery data
It may be that the gallery database has not been updated. Please delete the gallery data and try again: enter Settings, search, enter Application Management, find the gallery, and click Gallery > Storage > Delete data.
Tip: Deleting the data in the gallery will not delete the pictures in the gallery, but will lead to the disappearance of my collection, wonderful moments and discovery albums in the gallery. The wonderful moments and discovery albums will be automatically generated after the screen of the mobile phone is turned off and charged for a period of time. My collection albums need to be collected again.
3. Clear the data stored in the media
Go to Settings, search and click Enter Application Management, and click the three buttons? > ? Show system processes and find media storage in the application list? , click Media Storage? > ? Storage? > ? Delete data.
Tip:
Deleting the data stored in the media will restore the settings such as incoming video, and you need to reset them.

4. Delete pictures in file management
You can try to delete pictures in file management by:
(1) View the image storage path: find the photo to be deleted in the gallery, and click the I icon in the upper right corner.
(2) Enter the file management, find the picture to be deleted according to the picture path, and press and then select Delete.
(3) If you still can't delete pictures in file management, please try the following:
a.? If it is stored in the SD card, it may be that your SD card is damaged. It is suggested that you back up the SD card data, format it or replace it.
b.? If it is stored in internal storage, it is recommended that you back up your mobile phone data (WeChat /QQ and other applications need to be backed up separately) and restore your mobile phone to factory settings.
If the problem still exists, please back up the data in advance (WeChat /QQ and other applications need to be backed up separately) and take the purchase certificate to Huawei Customer Service Center for testing and processing.
