How to make good noodles?

Ingredients:

2 tbsp chili oil, 1.5 small pieces of nanmai (fermented soybean paste), 2 tbsp oyster sauce, 2 tbsp sugar, and 1 tbsp finely chopped green onion.

How to make it:

Mix all the ingredients together and mix well, and adjust the spiciness according to your preference.

Seafood Dry Noodle Sauce

Ingredients:

Sesame Sauce

Ingredients:

2 tbsp minced garlic, 1/2 tsp minced chili peppers, 1/2 cup diced carrots, 2/3 cup diced onions, 1/3 cup salsa verde, 2 tbsp soy sauce, 2 tbsp wine, 5 cups water.

How to make it:

Stir-fry all ingredients in 2 tbsp oil, then add salsa and stir-fry for a few seconds, then add soy sauce, wine and water, and cook over medium-low heat for about 5 minutes. If you don't like it too spicy, you can reduce the amount of minced chili.

Shrimp and Dry Noodle Sauce

Ingredients:

2 taels of shrimp, 3 taels of shrimp peel, 2 taels of garlic, 1.2 pounds of ground pork, 6 taels of diced dried bean curd, 1 jar of sweet and sour sauce, 1/3 jar of soybean paste, 3 taels of dried radish, 1.5 cups of water.
