Materials
A: 4 egg yolks, 20g of sugar
B: 60g of oil, 60g of milk
C: 4 egg whites, 60g of sugar, a pinch of salt
D: 120g of low-flour powder, 3g of baking powder
Practice
1: Whisk A until light yellow.
2. Slowly pour B into A, mixing as you go until well blended. Then add 1/3 of the sifted flour. Then repeat this step twice.
3. Beat the egg whites and salt in C, together until wet peaks form. Then pour in the sugar from C in three batches and beat until stiff peaks form.
4: Mix 1/3 of the egg whites with the yolk batter first, then repeat this step twice.
5. Preheat the oven, put the cake in the oven at 150 degrees, and bake for about 15 minutes.
6. Remove the cake from the oven, invert it and let it cool.
