1. A piece of red tofu, sliced, with any thickness. Personally, I think one centimeter is more suitable.
2. Cool the oil in the hot pot. When the oil temperature is 60% to 70%, you can add tofu, put it all in, cover it, and fry for 3 to 5 minutes on low heat. When the surface of tofu turns golden yellow, remove the cover and continue frying on the opposite side for 2 to 3 minutes. Both sides are golden yellow.
3. Put the fried tofu into a personal dish, add appropriate amount of red tofu and juice, and serve after simple seasoning.
