Cut the selected small oil chestnuts in the middle with a knife, and cut all chestnuts in the same way for use. Be careful not to hurt your hands when cutting.

Wash the cut small oil chestnuts with clear water. Just wash the chestnuts here, without water control, because a little water will generate steam during baking, which is easier to cook.

Lay the chestnuts to be fried in the electric baking pan as shown in the figure, and add a proper amount of water. The purpose of adding water is that the chestnuts can be cooked easily by steam. Cover the electric baking pan and it will be cooked in about ten minutes. Open the cover of the electric baking pan to see if it is cooked, then unplug the power and take the chestnuts out of the pan.
