Millet. Fifty grams.
Ginger brown sugar. 1/3 piece
Red dates. Three pieces
How to make red dates, ginger and sugar millet porridge ?
Wash the millet
Put the millet in a pot with five hundred milliliters of water and cook it for ten minutes on high heat.
While the millet is cooking on high heat, wash the jujubes, remove the core and cut into pieces.
After ten minutes add brown sugar.
Add the jujubes and continue to cook on high heat for another five minutes.

Tips
Be sure to use high heat to cook, so that the millet will bloom, sticky and smooth. If you don't have ginger brown sugar, use 1/3 piece of regular brown sugar plus three grams of ground ginger. The procedure is the same.
