Taro boiled glutinous rice balls
Ingredients
Taro, glutinous rice flour, brown sugar.
Method
1. Peel the cooked taro and press it into puree with a spoon. If the taro is too cold to be pressed, microwave it for two minutes.
2. Crush the wet glutinous rice flour you bought. If it is too sticky, you can add a little flour. If you like it sweet, you can add a little sugar. In short, it depends on your own taste.
3. Mix taro puree and glutinous rice flour into a dough and roll into small balls.
4. Put boiling water in the pot and cook over low heat until it rises to the surface. Add a little brown sugar and cook together, then serve.
