Precautions:
1, sea cucumbers can't use iron pots or copper pots, but generally use ceramic pot or stainless steel pot.
2. When the sea cucumber swells, tools and water should not be stained with oil, alkali, alum, salt and other substances. Oil, alkali and alum are easy to make sea cucumber rot and dissolve, while salt makes sea cucumber difficult to penetrate.
3. Soak the swollen sea cucumber with clear water immediately and then with distilled water. Change the water every 12 hour. The lower the water temperature (water above zero), the longer the preservation time. The prepared sea cucumber can't be kept for too long, and it's better not to exceed 3 days.
If it's dry goods, it's best to put it in a sealed wooden box to prevent it from getting wet.
