Ingredients:
Fat beef roll 1 00g, onion 1/4 diced, carrot 1/2 diced, potato 1 diced milk 1 50g, curry1block and a half, rice/kloc.
Practice:
1. Heat oil and stir-fry onion until soft.
2. Add potatoes and carrots, fry for 3 minutes and serve.
3. Stir-fry curry blocks in hot oil, add milk and water.
4. Boil, pour in potatoes and carrots, and simmer until soft.
5. Add 1 spoon soy sauce, add fat beef rolls and cook.
6 Add the rice and stir well.
