Bamboo is one of the most common plants, so our production and life are inseparable from bamboo, and some people say that the "bamboo wine" produced in rural areas is a lie. I think this statement is wrong, so I will talk about our local "bamboo wine".
Green wine flows into the cup. For people who love to drink, it is simply not too tempting. Wine has been fermented in bamboo for two or three years, and the aroma of wine, coupled with the fragrance of bamboo, has almost been filled with wine. At that time, it was still lamenting that the working people were really wise. There is no bamboo or bamboo slips in the world that can produce wine by themselves. It is not wrong to say that it is a lie. The truth is that there are two situations. One is the pipeline that must be used in brewing. According to the old-fashioned brewing method, bamboo is used as the pipeline, which is called bamboo barrel wine. This kind of wine takes a long time to make, so it is more expensive to sell, and many people will pay for it.
The wine pulp becomes bamboo wine in the bamboo tube. Finally, the bamboo barrel wine is harvested, and the bamboo is sawed off from the bamboo barrel where the wine slurry is not poured, forming a bamboo barrel filled with wine slurry in one section. After all, the core of business dealings is profit. If a product has a long processing time and a particularly primitive and complicated production process, it will often increase the labor cost invisibly, so the sales cycle will be particularly long and expensive, and it is not suitable for a large number of or large-scale profit-making methods at all.
