Note: Myrica rubra wine should not contain other things, especially sugar. If sugar is added, Myrica rubra will shrink, and the wine taste will change, and it will not last long.

2. Red wine (not allowed to be stored for a long time)

It shows that this wine cannot be stored for a long time, and it is best to drink it within one month, so pay attention to the quantity of brewing. If you drink it within a week, it tastes sweet and the alcohol content is the lowest, and then the alcohol content will increase with the time.

note: the grapes must be cooled and dried, otherwise mildew will occur.

Strawberry Fruit Wine

Material:

Strawberry: 1 pound

Sugar: 34g

Method:
