Ingredients?
300g bacon
Three green peppers
One dried pepper
Two cloves of garlic
One small red pepper
A little Sichuan peppercorns
A little light soy sauce
How to stir-fry bacon with green pepper?
Bacon Cook it in advance to remove excess salt to soften the meat and slice it into pieces for later use. Cut the green pepper into sections, smash the garlic, and cut the small red pepper into sections and set aside.
Cut a few pieces of fat from the bacon, heat the pan, and add the refined oil directly. If there is no fat, vegetable oil can be used instead.
After the oil is hot, add Sichuan peppercorns, garlic, and dried chili peppers, stir-fry until fragrant, add bacon and stir-fry.
When the color of the fat is almost transparent or the color has changed significantly, add small red peppers and green peppers and stir-fry.
After the green peppers are cut, because the bacon itself is salty, add a few drops of light soy sauce or braised soy sauce according to the saltiness to color and add flavor to the green peppers, and stir-fry. Remove from the pan.
Tips
The bacon is very hard when you buy it, so you must boil it before frying. Because bacon itself is relatively light, people with light tastes do not need to use light soy sauce. I hope everyone has a pleasant meal (?gt;?lt;?)
