Ingredients: shredded vegetables, shredded pork, pepper, salt, sugar, starch, cooking wine.
1. Add a spoonful of starch, a spoonful of sugar, a spoonful of cooking wine and half a spoonful of salt to the shredded pork and marinate for 10 minute.
