4. Stir the coffee powder and water for about 20 seconds, then stir for about one minute, then turn off the fire source, wrap the pot with a wet cloth, so that the pot can be cooled quickly, and the coffee can flow into the pot faster ("stirring mode": gently stir (gently press back and forth, then stir in circles as shown below), so as to make the water and coffee fully contact. As long as the stirring rod is extended long enough to stir the coffee powder, don't extend all the way to avoid stirring the extracted coffee powder.
