Steps
1.Clean the ribs.
2. Chop the ribs into small pieces then marinate them in soy sauce for a few minutes.
3. Prepare custard powder.
4. Take the cornstarch and custard powder and mix well (4:1 ratio)
5. Put the small pieces of ribs into the cornstarch and try to coat the ribs with the cornstarch.
6. Coat all the ribs with flour.
7. Heat cooking oil in a wok (insert chopsticks to make bubbles) and deep-fry ribs coated with cornstarch until golden brown.
8. Put the fried ribs on a plate and eat them with pepper and salt for dipping
