1. Mix yogurt, cream, sugar and vanilla extract.
2. Slice strawberries, kiwis and bananas.
3. Fresh fruit ice cream: pour a spoonful of yogurt into the ice cream mold, and then add the fruit slices.
4. Alternately pour in the yogurt cream mixture and put in the fruit slices until the mold is full.
5. Gently knock out bubbles.
6. Jam ice cream: Put 150g blueberries in a small pot, add a tablespoon of sugar, squeeze in a few drops of lemon juice, and heat over low heat.
7. Cook until it is thick, turn off the fire and cool.
8. Pour a spoonful of yogurt into the ice cream mold alternately, then pour a spoonful of blueberry sauce until the mold is full, stir out the pattern with a wooden stick, and gently knock out the bubbles.
9. Crush the flesh of a mango with a fork.
10. Pour into a small pot, add one tablespoon of sugar and two tablespoons of water, and heat over low heat.
