How to Make Shiitake Mushroom Beef Sauce
Materials
Ingredients: beef jerky, yellow sauce, fresh ginger, sesame seed, crushed peanuts, crushed chili pepper, crushed mace pepper
Seasoning: salt, monosodium glutamate (MSG), sugar, cooking wine, sesame oil, rice vinegar
How to Make It
1: Dry the pot and sauté mace/peppers in a low flame. Crush with a cooking machine/rolling pin and set aside.
