When making milk pudding, what is the proportion of milk and Geely powder?
The proportion of milk pudding materials is: 5 grams of gelatin powder, 200 grams of milk, Nestle whipped cream 100 grams, 30 grams of sugar powder and 30 grams of purified water?

This milk pudding is simple. In addition to milk and whipped cream, raw materials also include Geely powder as coagulant and a little sugar. I chose Nestle's milk and whipped cream for them, which are very pure and fragrant, and created this delicate and smooth milk pudding.

Note that before making, raw materials such as milk and whipped cream should be at room temperature.

Exercise:

1. First, pour gelatin powder into a small bowl, add 30 grams of purified water, stir slightly, and let it stand for a while. So that the fish glue powder is completely foamed.

2. Add powdered sugar to a large bowl and pour in Nestle whole milk.

3. Continue to pour in Nestle whipped cream. Stir evenly (stir with any tools such as manual egg beater, spoon and chopsticks).

4. Step 1: Soak soft Geely powder, and heat it in microwave oven for 15 seconds or heat it with water to make Geely powder melt into liquid state. Pour the Geely powder solution into the milk mixture in the third step and stir it quickly and evenly to get the pudding liquid.

5. Sieve the obtained pudding liquid for 2-3 times (sieving helps to eliminate foam generated by stirring).

6. If the surface of the pudding liquid is still small foam, you can also scrape off the foam with tools such as a spoon.

7. Pour the pudding liquid into a transparent glass, then put the glass in the refrigerator and refrigerate for 4 hours until it is completely solidified.
