1. According to the number of revolutions of the refiner and the size of the refiner, the amount of water added in the refining process is generally controlled between 1 ~ 2 times of the soybean weight.

2. Water addition and soybean grinding amount should be kept constant, so as to ensure the uniformity and consistency of grinding fineness and make it coarser.

3. Squeeze the bean dregs several times by hand, taking the bean dregs as the standard that they don't stick to hands and there is no white soup oozing out. The bean dregs grinded by the refiner are usually sawdust-like, uniform in thickness, non-sticky and directly separated from the pulp.
