1. Most of the weight loss meals should be steamed. You can eat boiled eggs, yogurt, and a piece of whole wheat toast.
2. Lunch: mung bean soup, fried winter melon and bitter melon mixed with vinegar. Dinner: a bowl of strawberries, a bowl of green porridge, boiled vegetables mixed with vinegar.
3. Breakfast: apple slices, a piece of whole wheat toast, a box of yogurt. Lunch: a hard-boiled egg, a piece of ham, and a cup of freshly squeezed watermelon juice.
4. Dinner: a pancake with vegetables and a glass of fresh lemon juice.
