1, the production environment requires the selection of pollution-free fields with convenient irrigation and drainage. It requires deep soil layer, high organic matter content, convenient water intake, fresh and pollution-free water quality and sufficient water resources.
2. Trim the field, plough it to a depth of 20cm, and at the same time apply 250-300kg bio-organic fertilizer as base fertilizer every 667m2. In order to facilitate field work, it is generally advisable to use a single field with an area of less than 667m2, and dig a field-shaped or well-shaped loach ditch in the field with a width of 40cm and a depth of 50cm. Considering the height of the site and the convenience of taking water, the water inlet and outlet are diagonally arranged.
3. The water inlet is 20-30cm higher than the ground, and the water outlet is located at the lowest place of the site. After irrigation, the overflow outlet is set at the horizontal position of the normal horizontal plane. The water inlet, water outlet and overflow port are all wrapped with 30 mesh barbed wire or nylon net to prevent loach from escaping. The water inlet and outlet are dug to a depth of about 5m2 and 80cm, respectively, and communicate with the loach ditch.
4. Misgurnus anguillicaudatus and Misgurnus anguillicaudatus should occupy 6% to 8% of the total area of the field, ensure that there is a silt layer with a depth of 15 to 20 cm at the bottom, and reinforce the surrounding ridges while trimming the field, so that it is 40 to 50 cm higher than the normal level and the width is not less than 30 cm. The inner side of the ridge is lined with 1 layer 30 mesh nylon net or hard plastic film and other escape prevention facilities.
5. The lower end of the loach is buried in the soil for 30cm, and the upper end is covered on the ridge surface, and compacted with soil, which can effectively prevent the loach from escaping in the cultivation process, improve the firmness of the ridge, and prevent the occurrence of cracks and landslides. Fences are set on the outside of the ridge, which are fixed with bamboo pieces or stakes every 1.0 to1.5m. The fences are made of plastic plates, plastic films or nylon nets, and the height of the fences is 50 to 60cm.
