Like instant noodles or really due to the conditions of the limitations, the need to eat instant noodles for a long time, should be appropriate to increase some of the by-products, in order to supplement the nutritional deficiencies. Such as the consumption of some sausage, beef jerky, dried meat, meat floss, cooked eggs (about 100 grams or so), marinated meat and so on.
You can also add some sesame oil or lard (about 25 grams or so) to instant noodles. Or accompany the meal with some raw fruits and vegetables, such as cucumbers, tomatoes, radishes, groundnuts, water chestnuts, lotus roots, bananas, pears, oranges, etc. The quantity should be kept at about 250-300 grams.
