Method to Make Triple Hopper Noodle Big Biscuits
1.Melt the yeast in water and let it stand for a few minutes.
2. Mix cornmeal, white flour, soybean flour, sugar and corn oil.
3. Pour the yeast water into the flour and stir until the water disappears.
4. Knead with hands to form a smooth dough, cover and leave in a warm place to ferment.
5. Let rise until doubled in size, about an hour and a half in this weather.
6. Knead the dough again and let the air out.
7. Divide the dough into smaller portions.
