Seasoning: cooking wine, light soy sauce and salt.

(2) Cut the cooked pork belly on the chopping board.
(3) Then, put the chopped pork belly into a pressure cooker and add the washed green soybeans.
(4) Then, add a proper amount of cooking wine and some water.
(5) Then, cover the lid and cook it with medium and small fire 10 minutes, then turn off the fire, and open the lid after stewing until there is no gas.
(6) Finally, add a proper amount of soy sauce, add a proper amount of salt to taste and mix well.
Ingredients: pork belly, 2 to 3 pieces of onion, 2 to 3 thick slices of ginger, and appropriate amount of soy sauce.
Practice: 1. First, keep the meat in boiling water for a minute or two, then take it out and try to control the moisture as much as possible.
2, put more oil in the wok, put two spoonfuls of sugar, 2 grains of aniseed, stir in circles with a shovel, and wait for the sugar to bubble.
3. Pour the meat into it, stir fry, and evenly coat the surface of the meat with syrup.
4. At the same time, burn a proper amount of boiling water in another pot, and the amount of water is just over the meat. Throw the onion and ginger into the pot. Pour in the right amount of soy sauce and stir well, so that the meat can be colored. Pour boiling water into the meat pot, just without meat.
5. Cover the lid and simmer for an hour without turning it halfway.
6. After one hour, if it is too light, add a little salt. There will be some soup in the pot, turn to high fire and stir-fry the pork belly until the soup is less.
