Ingredients
Celery 20 lbs. dried five-spice beans 10 lbs. dried fungus (before soaking) 1 lb. soy sauce 3 tsb. a handful of sugar a handful of salt 2 tbs. sesame oil 4 tbs.
How to do it

Celery cut into diagonal slices.

Sliced dried spices.

Soak the fungus in water. Tear into small pieces

Mix the sauce ingredients and set aside.

Celery, dried parsley, fungus in boiling water slightly blanched for a few moments, then drain, put in a large baking dish, pour the seasoning sauce, mix well.
