The method of pumpkin meatballs
1. Peel the pumpkin and steam in the pan until soft.
2. Steamed pumpkin is ground into mud, and sugar is added.
3. After saccharification, the pumpkin is cold, then add glutinous rice flour, stir well and shape.
It's just like dough, and then we take a small piece and knead it into a ball.
5. Add oil to the pot (more oil, I used half a pot of oil). When the oil is hot, add the rubbed meatballs.
6. When the meatballs turn golden, they can be cooked.
