Steps
1. Wash freshly picked.
Wash the dried white, green onion and ginger.
2. Cut celery into segments, and also reshape dried white into thick strips.
3. Stir frying pan with oil, onion and ginger.
4. Add celery and stir-fry for about a minute.
5. Add white dried and saute through.
6. Season with sweet oil.
7. Add a little monosodium glutamate.
