2. green onion, dried red chili, dai fennel and pepper.
3. First soak the ribs to remove blood.
4. After soaking the ribs, drain and set aside.
5. Add dark soy sauce, soy sauce, salt and five-spice powder to taste.
6. Take a container, crack an egg into it, and add half of the flour and half of the cornstarch.
7. Make a batter of appropriate consistency.
8. Put the marinated ribs into the batter.
9. Heat the oil to 180 degrees Celsius and drop in the ribs coated in the batter.
10. Fry until golden, drain and set aside.
11. Take a steaming bowl, add a small amount of water or stock, add the ribs, add the ingredients in Figure 2, add a little salt and dark soy sauce.
12. Into the steamer, steam for 30 - 40 minutes.
13. Serve directly.
