In 20 12, Lingshan Scenic Spot passed the initial evaluation and final inspection by National Tourism Administration and Liaoning Provincial Tourism Administration, and successfully passed the national AAAA-level scenic spot evaluation, becoming the youngest AAAA-level scenic spot in Huludao City and even Liaoning Province.
Lingshan Scenic Area is located in the southwest of Liangshuijingzi Village, Shanshenmiaozi Township, Lianshan District, Huludao City, 48 kilometers away from the urban area, and the core scenic area covers an area of 12 square kilometers. Lingshan Temple was founded in 1738 (the third year of Qianlong), rebuilt in 1806 (the eleventh year of Jiaqing) and expanded in the early Republic of China, forming three courtyards: upper, middle and lower. Pavilions and pavilions are ingenious in layout and exquisite in architecture, which has great historical and cultural value in studying the layout and form of religious buildings in the middle and late Qing Dynasty. Lingshan Scenic Area integrates Buddhism, Taoism, Confucian culture and natural scenery. There are 29 pavilions, temples and pavilions, and more than 80 statues of Buddhism and Taoism. There are five scenic spots in the scenic area, namely, the Five Living Buddhas, the Nantianmen, the Golden Frog Guardian, the Dingshan Lock, the Lovers Stone, the Zodiac Stone, the Eagle Mouth Stone, the Dragon Wanting to Teng, the Camel Peak, the Tiger Cave, the Training Platform, the Tianqi Temple, the Cihang Building, the Wanxian Cave, the Wuji Cave, the Earth Mother Building, the God of Wealth Pavilion, the Liangshui Ancient Well, and the Tomb of the Zhongqing Martyrs.1
