Guizhou Rice Noodles with recipe as follows:
Materials/tools: dried Guizhou rice noodles, chicken breast, dried beans, bean sprouts, baby greens, scallions, minced green onions, minced ginger, minced garlic, chili powder, soy sauce, cooking oil, salt, chicken essence, bowl, water, pot.
1, soak Guizhou rice noodles in water until softened, then cook in hot water and set aside.
2: Cut the chicken breast into thin slices and marinate it with salt and soy sauce for a few minutes.
3. Heat a pan, add some cooking oil and sauté the chopped onion, ginger and garlic. Add the marinated meat and stir-fry until cooked through.
4. Add an appropriate amount of water, bring to a boil and skim off the floating foam, then add salt, soy sauce and chicken seasoning. Cut the dried beans into small pieces and add them to the pot to cook. Add the appropriate amount of bean sprouts and baby greens and cook until done.
