Steps:
1 Cut off the whole garlic and extra stems.
Peel off the extra skin of garlic made by 1, but keep the last layer, so as to keep the garlic intact.
3 Take a conditioning basin, add cold boiled water, put the garlic of Method 2 into the water, add a little salt (except weight) into the water and mix well. After soaking for about 6 hours, take out and drain.
4 Take a small pot and boil it with water, add salt and sugar to dissolve it, let it cool, add black vinegar and mix well, take a glass jar, put it into the garlic in method 3, pour the sugar juice and cover it for about 3 months.
